I would trust something rated at 75lbs with UL certification way more than 150lbs without, for obvious reasons.
Edit: With this specific product, it has one mention to UL-listed, which I'm very unclear if it means UL certified, which a lot of similar products will specifically say.

UL Listed
A product is UL Listed if it meets the strict testing requirements of Underwriters Laboratories (UL). This is the most common type of UL mark.
UL Certified
A broader term that includes UL Listed, UL Recognized, and UL Classified. UL Certified can refer to multiple types of UL certifications.
UL is a non-profit testing lab that has been around for over 100 years. UL certification is a third-party verification that a product or service meets scientific quality, security, or safety standards.
UL certification can help products become more credible and easier to bring to market. It can also help manufacturers and distributors save time and resources.
