Yes, I purchased his chair from them a a few months ago and told them when I got the chair the heating element did not work and they said they would send one for the technician out to fix it immediately and they sent one, it was the wrong color and they never sent a technician, but they sent an email saying they were considering the problem with resolved I emailed them back and they asked for a picture of the wrong heating pad and I sent it to him and they will not reply back. They will not send someone out to repair it. Your five-year warranty is garbage unless you want to get a lawyer,

I emailed them asking about price match. They said no problem and are refunding the difference! Awesome company!

Can't say specifically for this one as I bought an Osaki Opulent but ALL of them the major "complaint" is that the standard massage is TOO strong and most people move the intensity down.

My experience is you should get a chair that's a little uncomfortable with massage strength because as you get used to it over a couple of months, you'll want to bump up the strength anyway. If you get a chair that feels light and perfect immediately, it's going to feel like nothing in a couple of months.

I suspect you'll find this chair will be plenty strong with room to go stronger...

Has anyone bought from them and used the white glove delivery? I got a chair many years ago and got regular delivery—big mistake as it is so unbelievably heavy.

Looking at the history they seem to be dropping the price 100-200 every couple of weeks .... So maybe itll be lower in two weeks 🤔

I bought a massage chair a few weeks ago and used the white glove delivery. No way in hell I will be able to move it from the garage to the livingroom. A few steps and 90° turns to my living room.

It went well. The white glove service is a third party service, so you will get a different company/crew. Everything went well. Can't tell you the longevity of the chair but A+ so far. I would have gotten this chair if I knew it will go down this much. I got harmony II for 2K.

This company is amazing and their chairs are awesome. I have had a different model for a year and now upgrading to this one. The width of this particular chair and the one I have works well with thicker people like myself. Treat yourself and buy one

I bought a different chair, signature, with white glove delivery. No way I could have moved it in my house. Way too heavy. They use a third party for moving and the install. I would recommend watching you tube video as the movers/installers don't really know how to put it together. They forgot to plug in remote and we had to uninstall chair again to plug it in
