Not very good for actual school books. Wife bought them and returned them after the first day of school. Zippers getting stuck, and overall poor quality. But should be good for lightweight stuff being handled by an adult.

I got one of these for my son at the beginning of school and it lasted 8 days. It looks great but looks are deceiving. The zippers are terrible and they stick. The plastic shoulder strap adjuster broke from the weight of a few books. Buyer beware.
