Had this on alert for about a month, wanted the gold one, the last good sale I saw only had it in black.

Really wish they'd sell the charging base for cheap. $80 is way too much.

Anyone else have issues with theirs? They already replaced the power bank once as it stopped charging and said (the power bank cannot be used while charging on the stand - even when nothing was plugged in). Now it randomly discharges when sitting on the stand. It recharges at 12w vs 60w using a PD cable plugged into the side of it and says it'll take 99 hours to charge lol. Anker support isn't very good - just canned responses. Honestly wish I hadn't bought the set, but it worked great when it worked right.

So, did something happen at Anker over the past several years? Back about 4 years ago I quickly and easily reached a "product support manager" when I had a question about one of their wall chargers and the guy was very knowledgeable and experienced with their chargers and which one would be best for me. Ended up going back to him a couple more times in the future when I had a question. Not sure if its still this way but Anker used to have a sorta chaotic product line with lots of choices sometimes with newer versions of the same item.

I have the same issues and contacted their CS team for claim the warranty. They are saying send it back to them so their Q.C team want to see it. I don't know they are going to replace it or not, but I can tell their customer service is getting worse. Mine charges only using C2 port when the dock is not charging it. also showing 0.1w charging speed with error message.

Just keep on them. They offered to replace the bank again - and sent me a USPS label but without the lithium warning. I replied saying I needed the warning, and asked if they'd replace the dock too since they already replaced the bank. Took a few days, but got a message yesterday saying they'd replace the dock too - and no need to return. I'm not 100% sure if they mean I don't have to send back both though lol.
It's still not charging from the dock - I set it on the charger last night and it's still showing the same % remaining - taking 99h59m. It was good when it worked, but this was too expensive not to work right.

If anyone needs 12v USB-C PD out, the specs say it only outputs an oddly weak 1.5A

5V 3A / 9V 3A / 12V 1.5A / 15V 3A / 20V 5A / 28V 5A
