The limit is 100wh (not 100w). This battery is only 86wh so no problem.

Last year when I travelled to Thailand, they checked my portable battery on the outbound flight. They said they will take away any portable battery that's more than 20K

It's a decent deal. If you don't need the 24k capacity, the 20k one with wireless docking station is a little bit more.

I gotta get the docking station. Best Buy sold the batteries in a price error for $30ea and I bought six - need the dock

Just a heads up, when travelling internationally, not all countries will accept that battery size.
