Regular price in-store at Costco is $35 for 120 packs but one of my local stores has them marked down to $25 already.

Here's my take on the bundles of this year's Trick or Trade set.

If you are going to actually give these out as Halloween favors, then the Costco sized packs are fine to get. But if you are mainly wanting to just make the set for yourself, buy the smallest bundle you can get.

The entire set is 30 cards and, within the packs, the same 3 cards will always be packed together, so there is effectively only 10 possible packs to open. Every time you open a pack, you'll either get three new cards or three duplicates.

When my daughter and I dug into putting the set together, we were done after only opening 12 packs. Now we're sitting on 108 unopened packs from the Costco bundle.

The set itself is fun, but not valuable. So for us this set is really just for the fun of collecting, but it's too easy.

*Your* costco has it for that. In store prices vary widely from store to store.

Costco has a 120-pack for $39.99 online, this seems like a decent deal even at $19.

This is the equivalent of getting 24 regular size booster packs, though all the cards here will have pumpkin-pikachus on them and there are only 30 unique cards in the entire set.
Looks like it's $19.97 now. But based on the Costco.com image, those are not the same packs as these. If the image reflects the product, Costco.com is selling the 2022 version. This Sam's Club deal is for the 2024 version. (2022 orange, 2023 green, 2024 blue)

Edit: I'm wrong. It looks like the Costco 120 pack is orange but has the 2024 image & copyright (in store). I even found a picture of it online. I just assumed it was the 2022 version because of the image & last year (at my Costco) they sold both the 2022 & 2023 versions. The Costco.com picture seems to be recycled. Appreciate the info.

Good deal for the 2024 version. I bought these directly from the Pokemon store and it was a pack of 35 for $14.99 (they don't offer any bigger packs), so the Sam's club deal is great. As posted by some others Costco sells the 2022 version.

I think they have been reusing the old photo the last few years. I was at the store today and the online item # matches the in store and was also $19.97. The packaging looks exactly like Sam's, but orange. Even on same day delivery the price reflects, but uses the old photo.

I stole the idea from a friend, but I pick them up to incentivize/(bribe) my students throughout the year. I think it only comes out to like 0.50-1.00 a pack, but unlike with candy and such you don't get everyone asking and expecting some even if they don't do anything. I can keep them in my stuff and not worry about them melting if I accidentally leave them in the car or so or having them get old or expired.

Can confirm that the costco one is orange but specifically is 2024 copyright, not just old packaging.

Last time I got one of these big bags I was missing about 25% of the count. It was sealed from Bestbuy. YMMV but it's pretty common

My Costco marked down to $9.97 today for 120 packs. I just picked up two. Can't beat $0.08 per pack! Check your Costco - they might be marking down already.

Just buy regular packs and hand out the bulk and rare cards to the kids. That's what I do

If your store still has them, the price dropped slightly again
