Unlike any other 14 incher high performance Productivity laptops which use 2 cooling fans, this laptop uses a single Cooling fan for all the all the configurations, up to RTX 4070. As a result, neither the CPU, nor the GPU, both in single load or in combined Load, run very hot and to compensate that, the laptop throttles like hell. Check the benchmarks and you'll find that it performs lowest among these kind of laptops and all the reviewers including Linus, matthew moniz, all mentioned that issue.
