Larger one is also available and I've added it to the link.
If you want to get it I'd suggest to get it right away as these go out of stock very quickly.

I just don't trust Best Buy enough to believe they really fully test these before slapping them back on the market. I've known a couple people that worked in Geek Squad and if it powered up, and didn't fail in the first 3 minutes they'd just shove it back on the box and call it good, and if it looks really good with all the accessories, they'd tag it as open box, not refurbished. If you could get AppleCare for it, etc. that would be one thing, but Apple won't touch one of these.
If Apple thought Best Buy was doing any sort of a quality job inspecting/testing these they'd be eligible for AppleCare, and they are not. The only way I'd buy one is if I knew someone that worked there and you knew it was just a return where someone changed their mind.

No.. they're essentially used trade in. I have three of them. Two of had 90-93% battery capacity and activated sometime in 2021. Apple will not honor any warranty. Tried thrice

You are basically playing the lottery on the condition, with a two-week return window. I would rather get a Factory Reconditioned one from Amazon/Woot that will be far better than any tech at Geeksquad is likely willing / able to do.

I tried the "Geek Squad Refurbished" macbook air deal a few months ago and it showed up covered in crumbs with like 85% battery capacity. Returned it the same day. They really do the least for these lol.

I would not recommend. I purchased two, first one came with a messed up screen, and then the replacement came with multiple dents in the casing. M4 is around the corner, so I expect M3 line to get clearanced out around early next year (people were able to find the 14" Macbook M2 Pro brand new for $1200).
