I almost pulled the trigger on this as general purpose pack until I looked at a Youtube review. It's quite tiny, and it's main purpose is to carry a water bladder. It's about the size of a large loaf of bread.
Showing as on sale for $19.85 right now with $3.99 for shipping because the free ship doesn't kick in until it's $25+. So, grand total in my cart was $23.84.

Yesterday the sale price before the coupon was $38.99. Do not know why they changed it, but yes better deal with shipping now.
The dimensions for this pack per the Badlands website are 17.5 in x 9.5 in x 2 in. That roughly translates to 332.5 cubic inches. That won't be exact because it doesn't account for material thickness or protrusions like buckles that don't translate to internal capacity. But 332.5 cu in equals about 5.4 liters of volume.
This is a tiny pack. Basically a Camelback type hydration pack for your water bladder and a few extras. It still seems like a good deal for that type of use case. Just don't consider it a general purpose backpack.
I'm not familiar with the brand enough to know if they make good gear but the same website also has a couple other hunting backpacks heavily discounted off MSRP.

I bought this specifically to carry a large loaf of bread based on your comment.

Looks like you can attach a bed roll to the bottom, and some gear on the outside of you want to stretch it a bit.
