If not, you can get an EIN (Employer Identification Number - basically a SSN for businesses) for free from the IRS website. Just make up a company name and register it as a sole proprietorship.
Disadvantage of that is that it becomes IRS record, and you may get mail from the IRS asking about who you have hired, looking for payroll taxes. So, some extra mail, but it's perfectly legal to have an EIN for a "planned" proprietorship that never becomes a real business, hires anyone, or has to pay taxes of any kind. You can just tell them you never opened the business, sold anything, or hired anyone.
This could also potentially (but I would not recommend) make the deal churnable, because it's one bonus, lifetime, per BUSINESS. You can get another EIN and fail-to-start another business. I wouldn't try that though without a new address or something to obfuscate it's the same folks, and transferring money in from a different source. US Bank would likely get very salty about churning the bonus this way.
The other issue is in some jurisdictions, you may be in trouble if you do not also obtain the necessary business license. Thou I've only seen it when people are running an actual business account out of their home.
You risk like $250 in interest for this as they pay 0% sadly
In my limited experience, their Credit cards are OK and they pay out the bonuses on them but as many others have said, their bank accounts\bonuses are a joke imo. They never paid out a checking account bonus I had with them even after calling. Closed the account. They are not worth the effort imo and I compare them to Chase in that respect (maybe worse) as they look for ways to not pay or just give you the run around until you give up imo.

This is for business account. You can have personal account concurrently and do bonus there separately. So answer should be, yes
Definitely go look at doctor of credit pages for each deal. Lots of relevant, timely information about how to maximize utility there
For instance, did a cashback portal 325 one with Sofi last month and also got their 300 direct deposit bonus. Worthwhile? Absolutely
But ya gotta know what you're doing. The first deposit for qualifying for the cashback portal bit had to be above a certain amount, for instance

You can open with just an SSN as a sole prop. Also do business bank accounts that way
