This is at best cat food. You are better off buying frozen peeled uncooked shrimp from Walmart for about $6 a pound.

Imagine, if you will, undersized shrimp that should be cooked to 145 (max . . . chef temp's probably closer to 125), that are instead heated to 212 and allowed to congeal
