Regarding Ryzen 7 7435HS, it is based on Zen 3+ architecture, same as Ryzen 6800H or 7735HS but without the integrated Graphics. So, this laptop will always run on the dedicated RTX 4070 which you should keep in mind as that's gonna eat the battery very fast. This has very good configuration for the price but should be bought if you are not planning to use it for longer duration away from plugged in.

still an absolute steal! i still think you will get decent battery life while doing non cpu intensive and non gaming activities if you switch battery profile to battery saver when you are away from a charging source. great find op!

Really good deal on a 4070 laptop, Lenovo build quality is great, screen is slightly better from what you would expect on a standard laptop.

Looking at reddit battery when NOT gaming can be stretched out to around 5 hours, if gaming 2-2.5 hours. Overall better than I expected for the non gaming aspect as I am used to 3-4 hours on desktop replacement laptops.

Well the microcenter one has a 1600p screen vs the 1080p this one has. The microcenter one 4070 has a 140W over a 115w which makes the 4070 microcenter one a bit more powerful and 1tb over 512gb. I think paying $100 more is better for a significant upgrade.

IMO the integrated graphics always causes problems anyways so this is way nicer already than most gaming laptops

I helped someone setup a Lenovo LOQ laptop. Actually not bad at all, except for taking it apart and changing thermal paste, not the funnest experience but could be worse.

Probably favorite part was Lenovo had like a performance and eco mode, and we benchmarked both and found the performance mode increased temps by 20-25c, fan noise was crazy loud and that only increased fps by 3 but eco mode made the fans barely run, it was like 60c instead of 80+ and ran just as good.

But this is antonline. They squirt grease on your laptops, and then do everything they can to prevent you from returning it. If its too good to be true...

Not true. I've bought over 100 laptops from them and they all came brand new and sealed. They don't have good customer support, I'd give you that. About the returns, are you aware that they lose money when someone returns a perfectly good computer? You return it because of some spec you didn't read and didn't like, but they're a legitimate company that has to deal with such practices. I've never returned a computer, because I can read and there's this thing called "Google".
