Moved to this one at start of the year with good results. I take one a day for about six months out of the year (live in Seattle area). Same active ingredient as Zyrtec, as with your alternative and the Amazon one in the OP:

It fluctuates throughout the year between $10 and $15 for 300.
Yeah. I bought a bottle of 300 last year for $5.99 after S&S discount. Not worth the price anymore.
However I just checked Sams Club (I always get this drug from them) $14.97 for 400 tabs.
I fully realize that not everyone has access, but if you do, it is consistent pricing.

FWIW, they were for our dog. Cetirizine makes me drowsy whereas Fexofenadine doesn't. It's more expensive, but worth it for me. Significantly more people are drowsy from Cetirizine than Fexofenadine. Worth trying first, though, as Cetirizine is much cheaper.

Xyzal is the one that works best for me because it doesn't make my groggy or have dry mouth.
But it's pricey.
I bought a generic version of it on Amazon from a brand called Healthcare Aisle but I can tell it's not as good as the name brand.
I wish Costco would make a Kirkland version of it and Nasonex because they seem to make all of the others.
FWIW, they were for our dog. Cetirizine makes me drowsy whereas Fexofenadine doesn't. It's more expensive, but worth it for me. Significantly more people are drowsy from Cetirizine than Fexofenadine. Worth trying first, though, as Cetirizine is much cheaper.
cetirizine (Zyrtec) > fexofenadine (Allegra) > loratadine (Claritin). Zyrtec is the most sedating, Allegra the least. Most don't get sedated with Claritin but some do. None of this is hard and fast, and some people will respond to Claritin after failing Allegra.
Nasal steroids are generally more effective than H1 blockers but cost substantially more.
If I search in the app for cetirizine, both the kirkland and zyrtec options come up. The kirkland version says "in stock at warehouse". When I click on the warehouse tab to search in stock inventory and type in cetirizine, only the Zyrtec option shows.

And that was basically my point. That pricing should be a lot steadier, and if you already have club access, it's a no brainer to buy it there. Bonus if you have a membership or CC that gives you CB; I get 4% @ Costco and 5% @ BJ's. I did not include those in my price numbers.

Really depends on the person.
I've been dealing with seasonal allergies for about 15 years. One year all of a sudden they popped up. It takes a few years to get to know what works best for you, and when to start taking it (before symptoms start). For me at the beginning it was zyrtec/flonase/pataday. Then one year all of a sudden the zyrtec started making me really drowsy, something it had never done before, so I switched to allegra. Recently I've switched back to zyrtec.
And for the above I take generic, except for the pataday. My biggest issues in allergy season are itchy eyes, then sinus congestion, but I notice a difference in eye symptoms if I don't take the fluticasone (e.g. eye allergies are worse).
