However, it's hard to fully verify these claims. ExpressVPN, ProtonVPN, and Surfshark make similar no-logs promises, with strong privacy measures, but in the end, there's always a level of trust involved.

FYI I was able to make two separate purchases using the $5 off code each time, for me usually on Woot the codes are a one-time use, might work for more...

Yes it does work for existing customers, use the tracking # sent as the activation code. Renewed my subscription for a year. Good price for not dealing with the cashback incentives for new customers.
