Super impressed with this vacuum. I got it as a kickstarter purchase and it's a huge upgrade from my old Roborock S5, which was completely manual. While it still requires maintenance (especially for clean freaks), the app is user-friendly and has been consistently improved with updates.
It's a great choice for homes with minimal carpet (like mine), and its cleaning performance is exceptional. It's on the pricier side, but it seems reasonably priced compared to other high-end vacuums.
One thing to note: it can be quite loud when returning to the base station to clean itself, and the brush drying process can take a while (customizable in-app). However, these aren't major drawbacks, especially considering its overall performance.

Have had this vacuum for a couple weeks now. Very good so far. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats, so pet hair is our biggest obstacle. The hair will still get wrapped around the front spinners and the roller fan that guides everything into the dust bin. That would be the only negative I would say. The hair doesn't get wrapped around the outside of the roller, it actually goes underneath the roller fan where it is not visible and ultimately you will have to clear the logjam of hair debris that's wrapped around inside the roller. It only takes a couple minutes and no vacuum has ever been able to handle our pets hair well, especially with a collie and their long hairs. The mop function seems to do really well. It does not use much of the solution and since it runs vacuum + mop it keeps major debris from wrapping around the mop and only getting the dirt.
