There is no difference between these two LG TVs. The model's PUA and AUA indicate which stores carry that particular model. They have the same specifications and features.

On "What's in the box" in one of the pictures provides, it states it comes with a stand. However, one of the answers to a questions whether a stand is provided states that no stand is provided, and even links you where you can get a stand from LG.
