I don't own this dryer, but I do have the Eibos filament dryer that I got for around the same price a long time ago. Having a filament dryer definitely made printing easier by giving me less failed prints/problems. If you don't have a dryer I would recommend getting a dryer and some airtight containers/bags to store your filament in.

Doesn't work for me either. Entering promo code at the end and it doesn't reduce price at all

If anybody is still looking for a filament dryer after this disappointment I bought the Sovol SH02 yesterday because it had a 20% off coupon (still clippable on the product page).

Comes out to ~$64 before tax. Holds 2 spools, 70C max temp, acts as a dry box (and dries the desiccant inside each time it runs) and isn't a Goodwill find food dehydrator that's going to catch your house on fire one day when it figures out you're not drying oranges after all :-P).

Still an okay deal. Picked it up just now with a clippable 30% coupon and 10% S&S discount for total of 40% off coming to $38.99. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09PNDD5TT

I've posted this on several social media Sunlu advertisements, and it was actually in regards to this dryer!
From my post:
I've had a pretty bad experience with it, and the customer service was no help at all.
The unit I got is completely defective. It never turns off—even after I switch it off, it keeps heating up. On top of that, it doesn't follow the temperature settings. I set it to 50°C and it melted my filament. I lowered it to 45°C, and it still kept heating up. The dryer basically just cranks up the heat until everything fuses together, regardless of what you set it to.
I contacted Sunlu support, thinking they'd want to investigate this fire hazard of a product. But instead, they had me do a bunch of pointless tests that destroyed 3KG of filament, and then just told me to return it to Amazon. They didn't even address the fact that this thing is unsafe. They even suggested I just tell Amazon "the temperature doesn't match," as if that's the real problem here!
Honestly, this dryer is a serious fire risk. I don't want anyone else to end up in the same situation. If you're thinking about getting one, look elsewhere—there are way better (and safer) options out there.
