Does it go on or dry clear?
It dries to semi clear orangey tint

This is a suggested product for CONEX hinges, was at HD yesterday but didn't know to look for it.

Good price.

Spray this under cars into every nook and cranny. Do it before every winter and the car will come out with very minimal to no rust. I did this yearly to a new car. It had minimal rust and surface rust at that on jack points when I sold it 12 years later.

Great product and price. Going to try and find a half dozen cans now...thx op. . Past vehicles without using anything, my trailer hitch would be wrecked with rust. 10 yrs using and hitch looks new. Tip if never used, wear mask and glasses, dont over spray that it drips, use the red plastic tube to spray into any openings of vehicle frame and coat outside of frame without straw. Stuff smells nasty, it will smell for few days

Is there anything this shouldn't be used on? Or can anything that can rust take this product without issues?
If you're using it on a car or other vehicle, avoid brakes and exhaust. I've been using it for 7 years annually on my truck and will continue to use it. If you get it in the exhaust, it will burn off and smell/smoke quite bad. Other than that it's safe for most rubbers including most/all automotive hoses and tires.

Just curious, how many cans for a Tacoma, roughly?
first application---roughly 4-5 cans for me, each reapplication about 3 cans for full coverage. I also mix with CRC corrosion inhibitor on the main areas though cause i think that is more durable than FF, I like FF in that it "creeps" in hard to reach areas, but i find it doesn't last very long

Also have a 1st gen Tacoma. lol. Bought it from Maryland. Same issue here. My frame rails were likely dealer coated and in excellent condition and but the rest of the bits are getting rusty. The skid plate is completely rusted. Shock mount rusted off a few weeks ago. 👎 would love to grab something to slow the cancer. lol.
You'll have to get rid of the cancer first, spraying FF on TOP of rust doesn't actually prevent it at this point

Supposedly in stock at local store. Doesn't show on brickseek. UPC from brickseek into home depot app comes back as unfound.
I found this at my local store also: https://slickdeals.net/f/17767512-commercial-electric-electrician-s-tool-set-22-piece-with-bag-home-depot-33-03-ymmv?sort=oldest&page=4#commentsHeader&src=SDSearchv3
I took it to the register and it rings up full price. The register and HD app shows full price. However, the desktop website and brickseek shows clearance price. Any ideas? Will they honor the online price? Do they have to? I'm afraid this will happen with the FF also.

Tons of this stuff at my local HD. People in Texas not too concerned about corrosion I guess

I'm also switching to CRC Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibitor after using Fluid Film for a few years.

I picked up a couple cans. Noticed the clearance shelf had a 2-pack of Diablo circular saw blades for $30 but it didn't show regular price so I didn't know if a deal or not?

I use both, CRC for the main exposed areas and FF for the harder to reach areas so it can "creep" in

Site said my HD had 24, indeed it did. Grabbed 8 of them.

Exactly. Once you have rust, FF is not good at all. It actually makes rust worse by encapsulation and trapping water. It has virtually no creaping or soaking action. New car with no rust, I'm sure it would prevent.
