No longer receiving deal alert emails

Hi - I haven't been receiving deal alert emails for almost a year now. Can you check if my account was flagged for bouncing emails, and if so reset it so they send again?

A different problem just started,: I can't change deal alert because clicking on the button doesn't do anything. In the redesign view, I didn't check the other versions yet. Other buttons also maybe. And as always in the redesigned view which I favor, when I click on reply to a comment in a thread that button hasn't worked for a very very long time.

The deal alerts issue should be fixed now. Please try again.

The redesign reply button seems to be working as expected for me. Just so we don't mix too many issues together, can you either start a new thread for this issue, or send an email to info@slickdeals.net with additional details? A video of this issue could be really helpful.

Same here, 5 hours since the last deal alert, which NEVER happens during business hours given the alerts I have setup. I am getting notifications for updates to threads I am subscribed to (like this one), so it must be a deal alerts specific problem?

Unfortunately, there was an issue with deal alerts and they did have to turn them off this morning. They are hoping to be able to turn them back on within the next hour or so.
