BJs deal looks like 5% off (ie 475 for 500 gift card). So I guess you could combine with 5% paypal and get 10%. IMHO you would be better off with the Sam's solution and then using a 2% cash back netting 12% vs 10%.

I think it was early December last year with 10% off. That was the first time I had seen them sell it but hopefully it will be back this year. Unfortunately for me that wouldn't be in time for my trip coming up in a few weeks though.
