Bauer doesn't measure things...it extends its tape and then everything else bends to fit it!

I feel like you get six solid uses out of this before it wouldn't retract anymore...

in fact for one this size, it would kind of be cool if it just had a crank on the side of it that allows you to like roll it back up.

Harbor Freight does, in fact, lifetime warranty their non-keychain tape measurers. EDIT - as mentioned, below, if you purchase one in-store, the sticker on the keychain indicates that it's covered by HFT's Lifetime Warranty.

I own three or four of these. They work well for what they are and come in handy. I keep one in my junk drawer and another in a backpack.

Without asking, the cashier at my local HB said they have a lifetime warranty. Additionally, the tag on the key ring states lifetime warranty. https://imgur.com/a/sHuKKXg

Thanks for clarifying - looks like HFT's own website is wrong. I bought one, myself, and just looked at the sticker and mine also says "LIFETIME WARRANTY."
