you obviously don't have the phone. It's a very good budget phone that's a better performer than the Moto Play, Moto G, and Stylus 2023 and previous. Those Moto's get one software upgrade if you are lucky while the Samsung's get 5 years. You calling a $36. phone "trash" is laughable.

Can someone please assist this 70 year old woman? I have had Tracfone for years and currently have a Samsung Smartphone. My year is nearly up, but I have many minutes, texts and data left. I need to buy a new Samsung Smartphone and would like to buy one from QVC that is loaded with 1500 minutes/1500 texts and 1.5 GB data. I have never bought a phone that is pre-loaded in this manner. Here is my question ... is there someone who can tell me step by step how I transfer the phone number and minutes/texts/data from my old phone to the new one that is already loaded with minutes/texts/data? I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to electronics, but not a total dolt either, I just don't want to mess anything up. Thank you in advance for your patience and kindness toward my request for assistance.
