I feel this is just a case of YMMV. My experience with RXO was vastly different. They notified me the day before that my delivery window was between Noon and 4pm. Day-of, they called and let me know they were running early. This was unfortunate as I was still at work (and was worried about having to reschedule and this whole thing happens again), but I called the driver and he told me no worries, that they'd be back again as their last stop of the day and he'd call me an hour out. Finally got home and I received a call when he was an hour out, and they showed up promptly. Delivery was professional, and that was that.

Don't buy from LG partner store!! They mess up huge time and I have been having issues back and forth!

I ordered a 65" C4 from them. I complained about them not sending the incentive item (free soundbar) and for some reason they refunded the money I paid for the TV. I have no complaints about their customer service. https://i.slickdeals.net/images/smilies/emot-LOL.gif

Highly doubtful. Even the lowest Greentoe has offered for the 65" is $2250. Not everyone can buy from the Partner Store, soi other retailers have no reason to match their prices for the general masses, let alone tack on a $700-900 soundbar for free.

As far as the Partner Store themselves lowering it more? Still doubtful. These are the top-of-the-line 2024 TVs and they're already giving a steal of a deal. No real need to lower it more when they're already giving the best price and freebie when they know you're NOT getting this from major retailers.

Just want to reiterate the warning others put forth and I've now had the displeasure of experiencing.

Customer support and the delivery process with the LG partner store is pretty terrible.

LG's shipping partner RXO missed the initial delivery day, and has since missed four subsequent scheduled days.

Unless you work from home you might do well to shop elsewhere.

Decided to pull the trigger on the 65". The soundbar didn't seem to be fully discounted on the final order, so I called in and they fixed it manually (and randomly offered me a year extra warranty for free).

this deal keeps coming back for $3k. They either give free installation or soundbar. Soundbar has more value IMO

Beware of LG Partner Store - you'll get your items…at some point, probably after calling the virtually non-existent and extremely unhelpful foreign customer service at least 6 times.

edit: after selecting 65" then going back to 77", it became in stock. not sure why

I ordered and it says the TV will have a scheduled delivery for Thursday so 3 days from now, will report back on my experience with them.

I looked on my FB marketplace and the soundbar is selling for around $500 by other people doing the same thing, so that is the amount of money I expect to get back due to the fact that I don't use soundbars.

That means I paid around 3250 - $500 back from sb = $2750 which seems like a really good deal.
