I have this. Triggers have a shorter range than an Xbox controller. There's also no vibration. Start and select are hard to press because the buttons dont stick out, they're sunk in. Not a great controller.
This controller is bottom of the barrel. It barely functions as a controller.

Micro USB and no vibration
The four Steelseries I bought all had stick drift out of the box, Steelseries makes the absolute worst controllers! Garbage ! Avoid!

I'm guessing it doesn't but does anyone know if it has gyro? If this had motion controls it seems like it would be a great Steam controller (even without vibration).

For anyone with a Steam Deck....that is the only acceptable placement Wink

Honestly not sure why in 2024 the D pad would closer to your hand vs an analog stick as it is on a majority of controllers. Unless it is a controller aimed at emulation the thumb stick is going to be used 99% of the time so in my opinion should be closer to your thumb and in a location where you could naturally hold your hands symmetrically on both sides of the (otherwise) symmetrically shaped controller.

Why do we still use a controller layout that requires you to have your mirrored hands in unmirrored locations. [shutterstock.com] Personally I like the Xbox shape better but the Dual(Shock/Sense) distribution of buttons makes far more sense from anatomical standpoint.

Thanks to all the people who own this and commented. Going to try this out. Thinking the D-Pad placement should work out okay for use exclusively on a Batocera retro emulation PC. Thumbsup

This controller is no bueno, I have had one for years and it sits in a bin collecting dust. The d pad is literally the worst I have used, controller feels awkward in the hands, just get an 8bitdo Ultimate for $30 or less, way better.

I never use a thumbstick. I play fighting games, platformers, metroidvania, and adventure games. Keep your baseless, factless, and made up number opinions to yourself.
So you are the emulation / similar game style segment that I correctly called out as the exception to the rule? Thanks for proving my point while attempting to disprove it...the irony LMAO2

Also funny you can tell me your opinion about my opinion but I cannot have an opinion to begin with? How does that work?

BTW, sounds like someone needs a hug. I'm here if you need me bro.

They make modern games in all these genres. 99 percent is a made up number. I didn't give an opinion I gave a fact "I don't use a thumbstick", that's not an opinion.
