Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.

Nothing changed. Same phone and same sim. They acted like it was an error and couldn't explain what happened. After an hour on the phone and being placed on hold ten times they made a ticket. A lead called me back the same day and apologized for the issue and explained they would issue a refund and assured me it wouldn't happen again. No refund has been issued yet. I'll keep you posted.

When did you sign up? There are a few versions of the 50%, the first version one which I also have and it credit also ending this month. It the only version that 50% apply to the whole family and added taxed. All other is just the first line but included tax.
