Just a friendly FYI to note for our community members who enjoy these deals and may worry about missing them:

We typically Frontpage these Epic Games freebie threads the Thursday they go live (if they have received a decent amount of thumbs up, that is. If it's in the negative or has a high thumb down to thumb up ratio, we don't).
Then, the following week, we bump it back to the top of the Frontpage on the Wednesday before it's set to expire as a reminder. For example, the current freebie (Moving Out) was also posted a week early here.

General response to it was favorable (these tend to get over a hundred thumbs up or even a few hundred depending on the game). While some did thumb it down before it went live, it had a significant amount of positive reception (thumbs up) when the Thursday came that it became active. So, that enabled us to consider it as a Frontpage-worthy deal; and we Frontpaged it last Thursday when it went live. It's set to expire tomorrow, so we bumped it back to the top of the Frontpage today (Wednesday) as a second reminder to grab it before it expires tomorrow morning at 8am PT. So when these do well, they are typically on the SD Frontpage twice a week (the Thursday it goes up, and the Wednesday before it expires). Hope this helps
Good, I personally like the heads up, so that if I really want the game (or whatever the sale is) I can make a reminder/note in my calendar so that I don't miss it. I'd rather a heads up than just happen to stumble upon it when it may be too late/sold out. So thank you OP
Oh look, another person who hasn't posted a single deal in eight years of lurking, complaining that other people are contributing and giving a heads-up on future sales so that people thinking of buying it won't waste their money.

You wouldn't need a reminder if it was posted on the day it went live

Yes, if I happened to be around or get an alert for it at that time if I knew to set an alert for that same deal ahead of time. Though since I don't know about it ahead of time, likely won't have an alert set up of course Wink But each have their own preferences which is fine lol

Ghostwire: Tokyo
is this a good game? the original price $59 and the graphic makes it look like a 3A game.

No, not Ghostwire again! Can they bring back Cities: Skylines? I missed picking that one up.
