Micro Modal is a type of rayon that comes from beech tree fibers instead of bamboo fibers, which is the most common form of rayon.
Also, while the fabric is comfortable, I feel like the one thing nobody ever talks about is how comfortable the waistband is. I don't know what kind of band they're using but it's perfect. Just the right amount of stretch. Probably one of my favorite things about them.
I haven't bought any recently, so hopefully the quality is the same.
