Use the expiring 3 crt to get 1 CG for free with 3 mq. Complete the deal later with 1 CG for free with new 4 crt and 3 mq. At 5.79 price this is more MM than doing two CG deals.
Garnier Fructis , 3/2 insert coupon expires 10/26, so can use it do the deal. Pay 5 Get 3 ecb. Next week no insert coupon, might be a beeping ip. Won't be able to do the deal next week, but dq will likely be for two weeks and sale the week after also likely
Garnier WB new week would rule after EA, so 1 more eb compared to week ending 10/26. Reported beeping at 3pm 3/2 ip exp 10/26. But I'll try it at EA.
2/$8 - 3/2 ip - 3/2 dq = 2. Get 3 ecb.
Of course can also do Pay 5 get 3 ecb (if ip is a no go) same way as Fructis, only week of 10/27 no dq expected.

Scan variety that you don't want 9.79 Total - 3 dq
Scan 11.79 one . Total . - 5/2 dq. First one would recalc to 4.89, but 3 dq would still remain attached.
Scan the variety that you want 9.79.
Void the first one. Third one's price would recalc to 4.89 and 3 dq would attach to it.
But if all 3 are 9.79, then the above scenario is not guaranteed because the second one, not the first one might recalc to 4.89 which would kick out the 5/2 dq.

Tried a repeat of the second transaction again and only the $3 came off.
When it's 2 digitals, I have a very hard time getting things to work without a bunch of fancy maneuvering at the register (such as scan, total, scan, total...or scan all, total, scan another, total, void an item...etc.)
ETA: This is "uniquely" for a BOGO 1/2 scenario. Where one Q is more than the half-price item in the scenario, but the second Q is less. I know that's a lot of specifics to a transaction...but there has to be some special way to make it work.
