The model number is MRF63LW/A so no. You can tell because LL/A is the one with it and LW/A is the one without.

open box is a gamble. might get 6 power cycles might get 600. my macbook was 86% battery 140 cycles and came with a best buy power block instead of apple's. Still worth the price but don't expect it to be new/like new. I wouldn't take that gamble at this price, it's $600 after taxes and you can pick one up off r/appleswap at that price where you can see exactly what you're getting, potentially with extra bands and apple care +
