If you're in the market for one of these just save up the money and get the Ooni Volt or the Breville Pizzaiolo instead. Most of these cheaper alternatives are just glorified toaster ovens.
I think it's awesome for the price personally, but I wish they would honor a price adjustment because I paid 120. I think it's very much worth it at 120 though. At 80 its a no brainer, but it needs to actually FIT in your house so be mindful of that.

This product was meant and marketed to compete with higher priced alternatives but doesn't even come close to even being capable of competing with them. You are literally better off just using a standard oven if you're not cooking the type of pizzas these appliances were designed for. And if you have a gas range you are wasting even more money operating this 1800 watt waste of electricity for 40 minutes at a time just to cook a pizza.
If you wanna be cheap, fine. This reviewer tested plenty of other alternatives, one of which is made by Chefman, which is still plenty affordable for most people and has shown up on a Slickdeal a handful of times. But this Cuisinart is quite literally a waste of money.

Currently $260 on Amazon, but previous slickdeals had it as low as $180.

I'm gathering from people who are serious about pizza that they are going for something much more substantial, and expensive. I honestly don't know what exactly makes a great pizza oven but I'm not going to jump on something that's just as good as a home oven because it's a slick deal. I think there's a lot more to understand (for me at least) because if I'm going to make awesome pizza at home then I'm going to do it right. This seems like a waste of 80 bucks.
And the reviews on Cuisinart's own website are even worse. One of the reviewers admitted to using this to cook a damn TOMBSTONE PIZZA on this thing. People who buy crap like this have no idea what it was originally designed for.
