No, this heats the pizza, not freezes it.

pull the plastic knob and hook up a cordless drill to it you are that lazy. Given how fast these cook, you wont be turning for long!

I agree, my first oven was a manual spin. It's nice to make the other items while not having to stand at the oven and spin the pizza every couple of minutes.

Not sure why, but mine takes about 7 - 10 minutes. Altitude difference maybe? And I have family and friends that comes over and make their own pies. And the usual ones that will stick their fingers in there to spin the pie (usually takes a beer or two to for this brilliant idea to come up), and then you have this stretched out dough dripping it's toppings onto the the bed of the oven....

And then you have the visitors children that will also want to make their own pie, and then they come up with the brilliant idea that "Hey, no one's looking. Let's see how fast we can spin this mofo".

Snagged 2 in central VA. We have a pellet pizza oven and keeping the temp right is almost impossible. This should be easier. And now my brother is getting one for Christmas

Just know at this size you're probably making a 10" or 11", but they do a good job. I have a more expensive pizza oven that has the flame mounted on the side, easier to see coloring and higher temp capability. If you're just starting out this is a nice option

Its a deal if you make pizza regularly but its a one trick wonder, sure you can roast some veggies and stuff but still.

I prefer Kenji's method, I just shove all my cast iron pans in the top and bottom rack and let the indoor oven heat up for an hour or so... Pizza comes out in 10 minutes flat.
