So Amazon has this for $2448 new, beats the NFM deal.
If open to used they also have "very good" for $2271.
Processes 13 channels, front wides, 3 pairs of height placements & offers subwoofer integration/correction for up to 4 independent subs out off the box.
You add A1EVO/Nexus for $20, pretty hard to beat for the price imo.
If you still feel you need Dirac, you have the option for both!
Very unlikely especially considering the $600 cost!
FYI Best Buy has it for just a little more($2575).

Very likely could go back to $2202 at anytime as has happened often with many of their sales.
Anyone interested should just keep checking and bite when it pops up again, likely will.

If you want DL performance, just add A1EVO for $20 that includes subwoofer integration for up to 4 subwoofers.
If you want Dirac's subwoofer integration/correction, it's an extra $299, IF you have the option!
