Dumb question. is the version on the Google Play Store Cat Quest 1? I don't see any indication, so I assume so. If so, are 2 & 3 significantly different? Yeah, I know I could Google it, but just looking for a quick one-line response. Thanks in advance.

Don't know if it helps but CQ1 and 2 are very very very similar games. So similar I didn't bother playing CQ2 more than an hour or so being it felt like I was playing 1 over again. Nothing felt new.

I will say I really liked the ending of CQ1.

My kids played cat quest 2 for like 50-60 hours. Cute kid friendly RPG game. Well worth it. They are super excited to play cat quest 3.

I have cat quest 2 on the switch and it's a really fun game. If version 3 is equally as fun, and different, it's all worth the price. Imo anyway

Cat Quest 3 was excellent, about 30 hours of gameplay for the kids. Very similar mechanics to CQ2, adds pirate ships and monster hunts, keeps the same cute, humorous tone. Great for 7-16YO.

Yes, the one on Google Play is CQ1. (Haven't played 3 so I can't say if it's very different from 2 so can't help you there.)

I bought CQ3 right away and it's an improvement over 1 and 2 imo. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this series.

Me and my wife have spent hours playing and replaying, such a fun game to just chill with. CQ3 has some really good improvements over 2.

CQ3 was good but still seemed like a letdown in comparison to CQ2 because it was way shorter and didn't seem like there was as much to do...

Still worth a play thru especially if you're looking for simple mechanics...
