I would buy it from Amazon or Walmart if it was me. NewEgg has been plagued with slow shipping for several months now. They'll advertise free 2 day shipping on products, but dont ship them out until 5 days later. They're turning more and more into CDW.

Other than that, decent general task/business laptop for the price, though their Aspire line seems to be more delicate than their Nitro line.

For anyone who wants to upgrade this to Windows 11 Pro. I ran into an error when trying to upgrade: "We can't upgrade your edition of Windows. Try upgrading your edition of Windows again. (0x80010105)." I found it frustrating that it was all new and still has this issue. But anyway, I found the following on the internet and it worked for me:

Open an Administrator command prompt and run:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /SCANNOW
Then I restarted and upgraded and it worked. Hope this will help.
