Got this last time. Great value at this price. My 5 years old easily built it by himself and he plays with it in the bathtub. The only downside is it doesn't float.

Target's "reg. price" is often not accurate. Often times it is the their last sale price. It's pretty confusing because you would think it would be the MSRP.
