The Digital Costco Shop Card is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Digital Costco Shop Cards are not accepted at Costco Gas Stations, Car Washes, or Food Court Kiosks. Costco is not liable for incentives not received due to entry of an invalid address during sign-up. Costco Shop Card will immediately be void if Costco determined that it was at any time obtained illegally (including by fraud, theft, or other criminal act or failing to tender proper payment) or if it is altered or (if applicable) defaced.
A Costco membership is $65 a year. An Executive Membership is an additional $65 upgrade fee a year. Each membership includes one free Household Card. May be subject to sales tax. Costco accepts all Visa® cards, as well as cash, checks, debit/ATM cards, EBT, and Costco Shop Cards. Departments and product selection may vary. Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A DIGITAL SHOP CARD FROM COSTCO, BUT IT HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Occasionally Digital Shop Cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check your spam folder for an email from [email protected].
If you purchased the Digital Shop Card on Costco.com, you can use the Track My Package feature in Orders & Purchases to resend the email.
