My family has been using this exact model since 2019. We have two young children, three cats, and a German Shepherd, and we live out in the country where there's lots of dirt and dust from surrounding farmland. I love that it's bagless. Emptying it takes ~15sec, so I empty it regularly. Because I empty it regularly, performance is pretty much always peak. The inline HEPA filter performs well according to an air quality assessment we had professionally done in our home last year. With our previous vacuum that used bags, I found myself waiting until they were full because they cost money and I didn't want to waste them. So performance was always suffering.

I also like that this vacuum is easy to take almost completely apart and clean. Because it's easy to do, I actually do it (a couple times a year), and because I actually do it, it still performs as well as I remember it performing new. That's something I haven't experienced with previous vacuums.

We also have a handheld Shark cordless and a Dyson V7 cordless, but I never use them as the NV360 is in a different league in overall performance. Just my 2¢.

I have had this vacuum for a few years. It works great on pet hair. It performs much better on carpet than hard floors.

I got the $97 one at Walmart. Different model number. Not sure really what the difference other than it looks like it has a bigger dust cup. Can return until the end of Jan. Will be putting it through its paces til then. My dog is shedding a lot lately

You don't need a sale for a decent cheap vacuum. Just get HEPA bags for it. Bagless blows. Get a Kenmore if it's in your budget. Just don't get a bagless as a main vacuum!

I was unable to get to the web page from my computer, but I could form my phone.

The coupon worked on either model, but I got the Stratos for $199 + tax.

Imo because bagless doesn't compress the dust like a bagged vacuum. You will spend a lot of time emptying the canister vs once every 2-3 months with bagged

Also these sharks are known to micro warp eventually and leaking dust back into your home
