Excellent movie! Looks like a 150million film despite costing under 20. I swear Hollywood is just an embezzlement machine, but then I remember it is also a propaganda machine!

I'm kind of curious does anyone notice a big difference between 4k and 1080p? I can barely tell, maybe my eyes are just old. I'm not saying there is no difference but it is pretty negligible compared to the difference between 1080p and standard definition. We recently downgraded from netflix 4k to 1080p and nobody in my house has even noticed.

Maybe I've been jaded by terrible live action adaptations of past but I think the acting in this movie was cheesy and characters had zero character development. That's kind of my experience with Japanese movies for the past few decades though so I knew that going in. I DID enjoy the film though and I'm blown away by how much they could do with the budget they had. Hollywood take note. It's a great creature feature and I'm probably going to revisit Minus Color some time in the future. Excited for the sequels and introducing more kaijus from the universe.
