Agreed.
Also missing for this class is PBP/PIP, although can't complain for the reduced price.

Innocn and MSI both make the same monitor. MSI version goes on sale for $299 on Amazon frequently.

Good call out. I think PBP is a must for a monitor this size, but that's just me. That price point though.

I've been waiting for a 1440p 40" ultrawide to go under $300 to replace my 32" monitor because I don't want to give up screen height going to 34" ultrawide. This would be exactly what I'm looking for if it were also curved. Maybe by the end of Nov something will come along.

I returned the MSI version because it was to wide without a curve. Moved back to 35" LG with curve.

The curved ones are usually VA panels and not IPS, which is a big selling point for this.

Bought a monoprice 32" ips 2k and I stopped using it for gaming just because it didn't have freesync. Great monitor though and as a work monitor I cannot complain at all, my real estate went way up. So yeah good deal

Ohhh I didn't even think about a monitor not having freesynce in this day and age. Not listed for this either. Definitely not for gaming then

It's a good monitor for this price except..
For this size without a curve it's practically useless.
Also, the second most important thing.. It doesn't have PBP. Which also is a must.

The 40" monoprice has Adaptive Sync and works similar to amd Freesync.

I purchased the MSI 40" to replace a 34" gigabyte due to the short screen height and smaller 16:9 content. 40" in 16:9 is closer to a 32" monitor. It took me a while to get used to the overall lumen output of such a large screen. Overall brightness had to be less than the 34" for my eyes to handle it. Picture clarity and blacks levels are not on par with the 34"gigabyte ips or even a 32" lg ips in my house, but it's serviceable.
