It's a good deal if you really want DeWalt 12V. Tough to justify in my opinion as the offerings are much more limited than milwaukee M12. But they do have the basics and you can share a charger with 20v which is nice
I started with just the impact driver to see what it was like, and now have these and most of the other 12V Dewalt tools. The 12V get used all the time, while my bigger, heavier, more expensive XR stuff does not get used much any more. Be aware that the drill is a 3/8, not 1/2.
Compared to Milwaukee M12, these have thinner, more comfortable handles because they put the batteries at the bottom instead of inside the handle.
Good deal. I'm up and down on ladders doing low voltage and these are lightweight, compact and comfortable to use. I definitely use these more than my 20v stuff these days. The lineup isn't as exciting as Milwaukee but it gets the job done if you're in the dewalt ecosystem.
