It's a standard photo glued onto a magnetic sheet (not printed on)

I got these last week for a similar deal. Compared to the glossy prints of the same pics, the magnetic look a little... grainy? But still quite good, I'm satisfied. Certainly worth a $1/pc

The quality of Walgreens custom photo magnets has received mixed feedback:

- Adhesive Concerns
There have been criticisms regarding the adhesive quality, with one user reporting that the glue on the back of the magnets was not strong enough, leading to the magnets falling off and even causing damage when they did.

-General Quality Perception
Information from web searches suggests that Walgreens has improved its photo services over time, offering a variety of customizable photo products which might extend to their magnets. While specific details about the quality of the magnets weren't directly discussed in the results, the overall enhancement in their photo print services could imply a similar attention to detail in their magnets.

In summary, while there are positive remarks about Walgreens' photo product quality in general, there are specific concerns about the adhesive used on their magnets. Therefore, if you're considering these for a gift or personal use, it might be beneficial to either check for any updates in product quality or consider reinforcing the magnets with additional adhesive for better longevity and security.

Bad quality up close, decent from 3 ft away. Not bad for $1 but I wouldn't pay $5

These are not the same paper/print that you get with a standard 5x7 at walgreens and then glued onto a magnetic sheet to be clear.

Image quality is lower and darker. That said, if you do it right, worth $1.

Just picked one up a hour ago.

I got this for free some time ago. If I paid $1 for it, I would have asked for a refund.

To those complaining about quality:
-One thing that I found that was SUPER sneaky was an "Upload Preference" during photo selection for "Standard resolution" which is default and "Full Resolution". This made a drastic difference in quality of print
-With that^ said, yes I still feel Walgreens photos is not as crisp as other vendors but it was MUCH better than "Standard resolution"
