There is a firmware update via the APP. Also if it dies, plug the wire into both the USB C port and wait for 10 seconds, then press and hold the right button for 10 seconds and then press it again 5 times. Do this until you see 2 eyes - that will confirm it has been reset. This fixes the issue for me.

I have a lower wattage version and do not suggest buying any crap like this from Anker. Batery went from 100% to 95% on one charge. Replacement same thing happened after 2 charges. I have a differnet brand powerbank that can charge a laptop for a fraction of the price. Anker is junk IMO.

I've only had 2 powerbanks that are 65w to charge my laptops/tablets - unfortunately, both seem to be fine for about a year then the storage cuts in half or less. Probably used (each) as a laptop charger for 15-20 times and maybe as phone charger for 20-30 times when the mAh took a nosedive.

Recently, I actually documented my findings and the older "20100 mAh" brick only charged about 9k mAh worth.

If you consider Anker is junk, what brand do you trust? I have had the old version of this and has been working flawlessly. I m not understanding why people dont like this. I thought this was a great deal and bought one.

I bought a lower wattage 65w but 20000mAh that can still charge my laptop. Brand was cutech for $30 during Amazon flash sale. Subsidiary of Xiaomei. So far it's better than my Anker based on price to value.

Keep the 737. Its not just about the W and maH..the 737 24K one which you got has better charge discharge and performance..you can search on resdit it as well. I also have the 737 24k..

This one in OP is higher power but worse..in reviews etc..vs the 737..you can do google yourself to confirm..

My .02$.. am.glad as well, cuz i was thinking of grabbing this one too but ..now won't.
