Costco one says "SC" while Amazon does not. Are they really the same? I like it can be wired or wireless. Can the Sony's be wired too? I would hate to have to use a BT adaptor to connect to airline's entertainment system
I paid $250 for QC45's (incl tax/shipping) September of last year, and the QC's came out a month later. I only use them on the plane. They're comfortable and the ANC is up there with the best, otherwise they sound fine, it's nice that there's built-in EQ via the Bose app (I have the bass -2 and treble -1 for a flatter curve). Only issue I have sometimes is when connected to multiple devices, you'll get some playback glitching, so I have multiple devices turned off in settings. All said $199 for the new QCs is a solid deal imo

SC is soft case, Amazon's also comes with a case, not sure of the difference though.

I believe "SC" just stands for "soft case," otherwise the same
My issue with these headphones and the QC45, is that it only has two listening modes:
quiet (ANC)
Active (pass through)
They don't have the ability to do neither, so if you're doing something like yard work, quick and loud concussive sounds are amplified by the headphones. It's painful and frustrating.
