The lithium batteries are ideal over alkaline when the device they're in either in a relatively high power draw usage (such as a flashlight), or regularly subjected to temperatures far below room temperature. Both impact effective battery capacity of alkaline far more significantly than primary lithium batteries.

If the device stays inside and last weeks/months on a set then not worth it.

It's good to have options.

However this OP deal is slightly cheaper if maximizing 15% discount with Subscribe & Save, the price is $7.58 before tax or $1.90 each.

Do these lithium batteries last 7.5x times as long as an alkaline battery?

I normally use these AC Delco AAA, and at 25 cents per battery, I wonder if paying $1.94/battery for lithium is worth it.

I think it still worth it. I have too many leaking accident from alkaline batteries. So now as long as possible, I will use either Lithium or Eneloop instead.
