I add a can of pumpkin and pour into a graham cracker crust for a no bake fridge pie.

How many would I need to buy to make that?

Throw this in a graham cracker pie crust, sprinkle toppings (cinnamon, nutmeg, whatever), throw it in the freezer for a little while = easy desert.

I either use half the milk or double the mix so it would be a little firmer

Yeah but my question is I'm not sure how many packets of this to buy to properly fill a graham cracker crust/pie. Is two enough?

Be more specific. Do you whip them together or layer?

I've made it with one box with no other pie filling, using banana cream. So one box with pie filling sounds like plenty. Better yet, is using lemon pudding and a package of 6ct mini pie shells.
* As a gauge, small box uses 2c milk, large box uses 3c. So, 16 and 24oz of filling.

Riddle me this anyone. sugar version has 3.4 oz. Non sugar has like what..1.4oz. Why do they say the sugar free version has 2/3 less calories? Of course it does! It has half the weight!

I go through these like crazy! I use this to thicken up my ninja creami recipes. Although I generally use the sugar free

I bought some of this at Walmart to use in an eclair cake in lieu of vanilla... it doesn't taste cheesecakey. It's not bad, but it didn't have any particular flavor - just sweet.
For a better cheesecake flavor next time I'll just use a fruit dip of 1x cream cheese bar and 1x small jar of marshmallow fluff (scale as needed to satisfy addictions...). And I'll use vanilla next time in the eclair cake.

the half cup of sugar they put in this weighs a whole lot more than the 12 packets of artificial sweetener in the sugar free version.

the caloric intake on the sugar free comes from the corn starch and the milk, which have a ton of carbs.
