Del Dia bags are made from all different colors of fabric so the bag you order most likely won't look the same.

Very good price on a very good travel backpack. This is probably not for daily use to go hiking but for that backpacking trip to Europe or South Asia. It holds more than any other backpack I've tried. They do have some crazy colors though. This looks to be the previous generation as it doesn't have zippers up top. For this price I'd recommend especially if you're good with the color.

whats up w the rainbow colors-they made it more ugly for an already ugly looking bag
Del Dia I think is the version where they try to piece together multiple colors together so there is less wastage. No 2 bags may be same.

This brand is very popular with middle-aged women. Saw this brand all over the place last year when I was touring national parks. Didn't spot a single guy wearing this brand though.

What so special about these backpacks compared to Patagonia, Osprey or North Face (travel bags) ? Just inquisitive and curious to know?
I think these might be as large as you can go with the European discount airlines if you don't fully stuff them. Seems like an affordable bag for that purpose. I do have the larger Osprey, but it has to be checked in...

If you like the idea of this as a maximalist carry on bag, look into the Open Story one from Target

Sometimes available for 50 percent off on ebay from bullseye_deals (Target overstock clearinghouse) but otherwise for 50ish. 35L one is perfect for backpack that you can take as carryon

Poor old Sierra Trading Company. Just isn't the same since TJMaxx bought it and made it a shell of what it once was.

They need to sell better color scheme. Plus need the 35 and 28. This is way too big.

The description says it had the pass thru
Think Sierra cut and paste the new version description. Give it a try. Photo clearly lacking the split panel back pad with "gear for good" logo pass thru

Looks quite similar to my TNF voyager 32L. 10L more is a nice perk, but also kinda ugly and no water bottle holder
