I bought this thing in the previous deal on March 16, 2024 for $9.59. I quite like it. So much so I've just ordered a second one in this current deal. I use it to hold my phone. For that, this thing is great. Light weight. I also like the legs: small footprint, yet stable design.

For context, I own five professional cameras and way too many tripods and light stands... This is one of the more compact ones.

This thing will NOT hold a professional camera of course. I think it's great for a smartphone. I use it to hold fairly large and heavy (c. 250g) iPhone Pro Max models.

Warning: Amazon warns that this is a frequently returned item. I honestly don't know why that is the case. It has 4.6 stars. Most good products have 4.6 stars. Like I said, I like it enough to buy a second one.

Read my comment above. I just bought a second one. I have zero affiliation with the vendor / manufacturer. This is a good product. And I own dozens of light stands, tripods and monopods of all conceivable designs. (I've been doing pro level photography for 15 years with top notch gear.) This thing is not designed to hold heavy equipment, but in my opinion it is great for what it is designed for: to hold a smart phone or small camera.

Probably might have been a self-promoted product to hook in folks on their site to make the initial low-price purchases, then hike the price back up to original.
