First time ordering from them. I see others as repeat customers! However my experience with them was horrible. Ordered on dec 3rd and the email showed I'd have my items no later than five days out. Ater the 3rd and due date was not met. The website generated a new due date. It now said through the 12th. Ups Tracking had no estimate because they never gave the item to the carrier. 10 days later no product and tracking shows label created but they still had never gave the product to the carrier. I reached out to them and they claimed ups lost it but give it time as it takes time for things to show up. They claimed to have shipped the item next day after purchase. Well day 12 I reached back out and was pretty upset I had had enough. They started a new order with new order # and created a new label. Sooo strange thing is.. 2 hours later the original tracking shows the first original tracking and order # was picked up in P.A where the shop is!! OVERALL they sat on my order for 12 days. They lied and said it was shipped and wasn't. They pointed the finger at UPS and even at me and said I missread due dates and claimed their site didn't alter due dates or estimated arrival time. Not a very honest company and quick to cover interal issues by shifting blame. At no point did they offer anything for the mixup or offer real support or honesty. The simple truth would have been fine. However as a business owner myself if there is such a mix up and inconvenience to my customer. I will give them some form of compensation for said inconvenience as a sign of good faith and great customer appreciation. Would I buy from them again?? Great price but NO! I guess others have had a smooth experience but take my experience as a note for consideration!

anyone keep using new $20 to order 2nd, 3rd, 4th....5, 6. 7..batch.

need to create new account or just keep doing same in original email ?

I've used same email. I've ordered 6 so far. Going to keep ordering since the deal allegedly dies Feb 1

Decent cigars... $20 gift card... points to use on future purchases... free shipping... they even toss in a cutter... only makes sense to order more!! I think I've ordered 10 of them since November... humidors are full... and now Tupperdors are near capacity!

I thought I read somewhere the deal expires today... I'll probably order one more just in case that's true... and then wait to see if they post another deal like this.
