Their return system is excellent. Easy and free, exchanges too. At least if it's their fault. Unfortunately i have a decent amount of experience with it because their sizing is so inconsistent, even with the same exact shirt in a different color.

The pique polo has a bit thicker and textured fabric, while the smart polo is smoother and thinner. The smart polo also has a slight sheen to it and the collar buttons down. I have a some of each and usually reach for the smart polo for work.

Thanks OP, I've been meaning to get a few more of their shirts. I bought 3 back in Feb and find them to be similar, if not a little better quality, than my Jos A Banks shirts I've been buying for years. CT offers a bit more customization though, which is really nice.

I went through a unnamed cash back site for an extra 15%, but the reviews there are not promising that I'll get any CB.
