Own the newer version of this blower. Excellent, runs about 15 minutes on 2.5Ah battery. Turbo mode is very powerful but runs the battery out quickly. This unit comes with a battery, then in the checkout you can click "add free gift" and it adds another battery. The greenwork OEM batteries alone are nearly $100 each and you get 2 plus the blower and charger. Worth it even if you just want the batteries and charger for another device.

How do you add the second battery? It doesn't seem to give me that option at checkout. Is there another way?

i don't need the blower but i got an electric snapper mower and it looks like these batteries will fit it. if they don't i still might keep the set since i finally found something to use that bestbuy 100 dollar gift card on.

Kobalt 80v lawn tool closeouts are how I got into the Greenworks 80v ecosystem. Yes the batteries are all the same, except for the notches located at different heights on each side of the battery packs. If you have a table saw, supposedly you can cut new notches on the side of which ever battery you own, to make it universal for Kobalt or Greenworks. I've also read that Menards "Masterforce 80v" batteries can be modified as well because they're also rebranded Greenworks. Going way, way back, I also seem to remember that the Snapper branded 82v batteries were also Greenworks.
